First, I would like to say, don’t be afraid to cry/scream, it’s okay! It’s actually a very good way to release stress and frustration. Second, I’ve found that making a schedule to follow has really helped and to take a day away from school as well. For example, my “personal” day is usually Saturday, I don’t log on to school or do any school work at all. I use that day to do a few chores and personal hobbies that refuel me. Also, giving time to your mental and physical health as well. You can go for a run and listen to a lecture or (if you have the skill, I do not) read a few pages in the chapter while working out. Take a break from the screen, your eyes will thank you.
